Great Dane Club of Middle Tennessee

The Great Dane Club of Middle Tennessee, "GDCMT" was established in 2021 to serve the Great Dane fanciers within the state of Tennessee and surrounding counties in Alabama, Kentucky and Georgia.  

The club’s main purpose is to advance public interest in our wonderful breed, as well as, provide a social atmosphere where owners of Great Danes can meet and exchange knowledge of our beloved breed.  We also strive to promote the breed standard as written by the Great Dane Club of America and approved by the American Kennel Club as the only standard of excellence by which the Great Dane shall be judged and bred and to help instruct new members in the ways of the Great Dane, both in this social environment and in ring competition.

The GDCMT held its first Concurrent Specialty show in conjunction with the Chattanooga Kennel Club shows on September 17, 2022.
